In the same complex of buildings where the technical and office base of TELS CARGO is located, there is a MAN service center.
Center-Service West LLC is the official dealer and service partner of MAN Truck and Bus RUS LLC in the Smolensk region. The service center is built and equipped in accordance with European requirements.
Modern equipment and highly qualified employees allow us to carry out diagnostic and repair work of any degree of complexity. All personnel regularly undergo training and refresher courses at the training center.
Permanent warehouse stock (more than 1,000 items) of original spare parts, lubricants and consumables allows us to carry out almost any type of work without waiting for the delivery of the necessary spare parts. Direct deliveries from the central warehouse allow us to ensure the delivery of the necessary parts within 1 (one) business day. That minimizes the time spent by the car in repair.
The repair building consists of five posts, each of which can simultaneously service four tractors or an entire road train plus one tractor. The posts are equipped with pit mobile electric lifts, which makes it possible to carry out maintenance and repair of loaded vehicles and semi-trailers. The place of rest allows you to comfortably wait for the completion of work, watching their execution on the monitor.
