The most advantageous option for transportation of small consignments is as part of a consolidated cargo in a large truck. In this case, payment for transportation is calculated in proportion to the part of cargo space occupied by the cargo, rather than the cost of freight of the entire vehicle.

How is the delivery of cargo organized technologically as part of a joint shipment? What are the terms of delivery?

The classic scheme of transportation of groupage cargo consists of two main stages.

In the first stage, your shipment will be transported to our consolidation warehouse in Poland. This can be arranged on our request:

1) European assembly lines in accordance with their operating schedules;

2) individual transportation by our contractor.

The first option is much cheaper, but longer and more difficult to control (7 to 14 days, the period depends on the country of departure); the second option is more expensive, but significantly faster and almost under our full control (1 to 5 days).

At the second stage, your shipment will be consolidated with other shipments being prepared for shipment to the same region of Russia, taking into account the characteristics of the cargo and conditions of its transportation, and within 1-2 days we will ship it in our own transport to the customs destination point agreed with you.

In some cases a non-standard scheme can be applied, when our own heavy hauler visits 3-5 loading places of small consignments and carries them directly to the destination customs office, bypassing the consolidation warehouse stage. This option is possible when there are several simultaneous cargo requests, suitable in terms of volume, transportation conditions, shipper's working hours and region of final delivery.

In general, the terms of delivery of groupage cargoes slightly (up to 7 days) differ from the terms of delivery by individual vehicles. Specific terms are negotiated at the time of acceptance of the request.

What cargo is accepted for transportation as part of the collection?

Practically any kind of cargo in boxes, on pallets, long goods, as well as ADR-cargoes (hazardous). We have no minimum weight or size restrictions. Whether your cargo is suitable for transportation by our vehicles as a part of a modular, you can find out from our manager by contacting him in a convenient way for you.

Can I deliver the equipment according to the scheme and cost of prefabricated cargo without additional unloading/loading?

To deliver equipment or other cargo that is undesirable to overload, is possible under the following scheme: we load your cargo at the sender in our own vehicles, we call at the consolidation warehouse in Poland for refueling of other goods and go to the destination region.

Our advantages in the transportation of groupage cargo are as follows.

1.    Delivery of groupage cargo is carried out by our own vehicles from the sender to the recipient or part of the way from the consolidation warehouse. For such services we have a separate transport column, which is engaged only in delivery of groupage cargo. This allows planning and control of transportation with a high degree of accuracy.

2.    GPS-monitoring of own transport - a tracking system with the ability to provide the client with information about the movement of the car.

3.    A wide range of services at the consolidation warehouse: reloading, including the use of a crane; repacking; photography during unloading, storage, loading; weighing of cargo; labeling, sticker, etc.

4.    Unloading at the Russian warehouse on weekends.

5.    Availability of annual passes for crossing the border between Belarus and the EU out of turn.

 

Do you deliver the cargo only to the destination warehouse or can you bring it to the warehouse of the recipient?

We can deliver the shipment to the recipient's warehouse after customs clearance.

When unloading at a bonded warehouse, the norm is 24 hours. For customs clearance and unloading at the consignee's warehouse, the norm is 48 hours.

It is possible to issue passes for trucks on the Moscow Ring Road and entry into Moscow.

Do you take care of all the necessary documents?

We provide the execution of CMR, export declarations (EX) and transit documents (T1). We generate the whole package of shipping documentation ourselves, we perform verification, scanning, printing, and forwarding of documents.
